The following information is necessary at the time of booking:
* Wedding date and time
* Choice of package and venue (chapel, waterfall or gazebo)
* Approximate number of guests
* Number in wedding party
* $100. Non-refundable deposit; cash, check or credit card (Visa/MasterCard/Discover are accepted, however please add 4%)
* Balance of package may be paid at time of service by cash or credit card. Personal checks must be submitted two weeks prior to wedding date.

*This package is available Monday-Thursday, May - October. Holiday weeks excluded. A lovely ceremony in our Gazebo or by our Cascading Waterfall, with minister, recorded music, a long-stemmed rose for the bride and 10 4x6 photos.
Garden Toasting Ceremony- May be added to any wedding package- A special cake cutting for two with toasting glasses and sparkling cider in our Garden Gazebo. Ask about special pricing!

Additional Information
* Any package may be chosen for renewal of vows
* No refunds for cancellations. An additional $75 "no show" fee will be charged for cancellations without notification 24 hours prior to scheduled wedding date.- * Package alteration fee of $25 (over one change)
* Each additional guest beyond package maximum $10.00 per person. (Space permitting)
* Honeymoon cabin rentals may be added to any package with an additional $50. security deposit.
* Large dressing rooms are provided for the Bride and Groom only. Other members of the wedding party should arrive dressed.
* Bride and Groom are to arrive at Miss Caroline’s 30 minutes prior to the ceremony to dress and conclude any additional paperwork. Guests should arrive no earlier than 20 minutes prior to the ceremony.
* There will be an additional $75 fee for late arrival of the wedding party, with the service then being contingent upon availability of chapel and minister.- *If you'd like to reserve the chapel for an additional hour or plan an after hours ceremony, please add $150 to your package.
* If you choose not to use our video services, there will be a fee of $40 for the use of your own video equipment.
*Gratuity for attending minister is permissible and appreciated.
Reprints & Enlargements
All photos and negatives are the property of Miss Caroline’s Country Wedding Chapel and may be used for advertisement and promotional purposes for our wedding chapel and honeymoon cabins. Due to the damage that may occur in shipping and handling, we prefer that reprints and enlargements be the responsibility of the customer. A photo CD may be purchased for a fee of $40 at the time of the wedding or for $50 plus a $2.00 S&H charge, up to six months past the actual wedding date of the customer for personal use.
*Our video/DVD productions are produced in a style you will be able to enjoy and share for years to come! Lots of extras and a great menu. You may choose between DVD and VHS format. Two additional copies may be added for $40 This is great for the parents!
